Harleycuts (“we,” “us”) is a barber business at 919 E 85th St, Kansas City, MO 64131. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us at bookharleycut.com or our booking app, and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, mobile phone number and email address when you book.
Your appointment details, notes you add and your visit history.
Payment status for deposits or balances. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Reviews you choose to leave.

How we use it

To confirm, remind you of, change or cancel appointments.
To send a review request after your visit.
If you opt in, to send occasional texts about openings and offers.
To run the shop and keep records.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our text messaging provider) that help us deliver messages.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run our booking, payments and messaging (for example Stripe and Twilio), or when required by law. Your contact info is never shown publicly.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on secured servers, and only Harley can see it through a password-protected dashboard.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing harley@bookharleycut.com or calling 816-359-2835.
